Digital Marketing Specialist

India

1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.

2. Develop data-driven strategies to meet lead generation, conversion, and ROI targets.

3. Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and generate actionable insights.

4. Use tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.

5. Coordinate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and copy.

6. A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve performance.

7. Create weekly and monthly performance reports and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

8. Manage influencer marketing campaigns.

Qualification: BBA/MBA/B Com/ Any Bachelor.

Skills Required: Hands-on experience with PPC campaigns (Google Ads all formats, Facebook Ads etc.).

Proven experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.

Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Data Management, lead squared

A certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus.

A/B testing

Conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Landing page optimization.

Hands on experience in performance marketing for product instead of services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
