Digital Marketing Specialist

• Manage and update company website (WordPress) including property listings, content, and technical fixes.
• Maintain and optimize CRM (Bitrix24, Zoho, HubSpot, or Goyzer) for effective lead management and automation.
• Handle community management across social media platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and smooth customer journey.
• Develop and execute media buying strategies across digital (social media, display, programmatic, search) and traditional (TV, radio, print, OOH) channels.
• Hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms (Bitrix24, Zoho, HubSpot, or Goyzer preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
