Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: El Sheikh Zayed, Giza
Department: Marketing
Reports To: CEO
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, hands-on experience with performance analytics, and the ability to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
1. Digital Campaign Management
Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
Develop SEO strategies and manage SEM activities to increase organic and paid visibility.
2. Content & Social Media Management
Manage company social media platforms with engaging and consistent content.
Collaborate with the content team to develop blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and business goals.
3. Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Maintain detailed records of campaigns and regularly report to management.
4. Lead Generation & Conversion
Drive high-quality traffic to digital assets and landing pages.
Develop lead-nurturing strategies through email campaigns, remarketing, and marketing automation tools.
Support the sales team with qualified leads and actionable marketing insights.
5. Market Research & Strategy
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital tools.
Provide recommendations for new marketing opportunities and channels.
Assist in building the company’s digital brand presence in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the wider MENA region.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience:
2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in software, SaaS, or IT services.
Demonstrated success in managing digital campaigns and delivering measurable results.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Skills:
Excellent communication and content creation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Tools & Platforms:
Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in marketing for B2B software or technology solutions.
Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Familiarity with digital transformation, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions.
