We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance the university’s online presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital campaign management, social media, SEO, and content creation, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and support student recruitment goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Digital Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, execute, and monitor online marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Promote university programs, initiatives, and events through targeted campaigns.
- Website Design, Maintenance & Updates
- Manage and update the university website with timely and accurate content.
- Collaborate with designers and IT to enhance user experience, navigation, and mobile responsiveness.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost website rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and perform regular SEO audits.
- Social Media Management
- Manage daily operations of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Create engaging posts, schedule content, monitor analytics, and drive audience engagement.
- Content Creation & Graphic Coordination
- Develop high-quality digital content including banners, videos, posts, and newsletters.
- Ensure visuals align with the university’s brand guidelines.
- Email Marketing & Automation
- Create and manage targeted email campaigns using automation tools.
- Track and improve campaign performance to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Lead Generation & CRM Support
- Design lead-generation campaigns and integrate responses into CRM systems.
- Coordinate with Admissions for timely prospect follow-ups.
- Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights.
- Online Event Promotion
- Promote webinars, open houses, and events across digital platforms.
- Provide live coverage and post-event content for enhanced engagement.
- Reputation & Community Management
- Monitor and manage online reviews, comments, and messages.
- Respond promptly to inquiries while maintaining the university’s reputation.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Partner with Admissions, Academics, IT, and HR for integrated marketing efforts.
- Support departments with digital promotion and communication needs.
- Media & Partner Coordination
- Liaise with media outlets, influencers, and education platforms for PR and advertising.
- Manage deliverables for external partnerships and paid promotions.
- Trend Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices in higher education.
- Recommend and implement new strategies to enhance digital visibility and recruitment outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and CRM platforms.
- Strong skills in social media management, content creation, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
