Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement across all online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging and creative content.
• Optimize website content and landing pages to improve SEO rankings and user experience.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.) to measure ROI and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer insights, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other teams to develop marketing materials.
• Manage online reputation and respond to customer queries/comments on digital platforms.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
