Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns that promote our projects, services, and brand. You will play a key role in boosting brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating qualified leads, and ensuring a strong ROI on digital activities.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Management

• Plan, develop, and execute paid and organic digital campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and achieve performance KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimization to improve campaign effectiveness.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
• Apply data-driven decision-making across all digital marketing activities.

Content & Collaboration

• Partner with content, design, and social media teams to develop engaging campaigns.
• Collaborate with SEO and UX/UI specialists to optimize content and user experience.

Website & Automation

• Support website management, landing page creation, and marketing automation initiatives.

Market Trends & Innovation

• Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
• Recommend and adopt innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital content strategies.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Creative mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent project management and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage.
