Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Department. In this role, you will take part in the end-to-end management of our digital marketing activities, including Tiktok strategy, content planning and production, and campaign optimization across all digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). You will play a key role in strengthening our brand communication and driving measurable results through a 360° digital marketing approach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and social media management; agency experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of TikTok and other social media platforms, with awareness of the latest trends
• Experience in content creation and video production (e.g., Canva, CapCut etc.)
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and grammar
• Solution-oriented, multitasking ability, and strong communication skills
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok to effectively reach and engage our audience
• Plan and manage creative video content in line with current trends and social media movements
• Monitor TikTok and social media trends to generate innovative content ideas
• Manage, optimize, and report on digital communication campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Studio
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including ROI, ROAS, CPC, CPA, CTR, and engagement rate
• Support daily operations of all social media channels,
• Create engaging headlines, slogans, and texts focused on the target audience, accurately and appropriately using hashtags.
• Contribute to communication plans for Private Label and Exclusive Brands, including campaign and promotion activities on social media.
