Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote BRHC products and services.
- Manage company presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging content (posts, creatives, videos) to attract and retain target audiences.
- Plan and run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for lead generation.
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve visibility and ranking.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and suggest innovative marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with design and sales teams to ensure marketing aligns with business goals.
- Handle email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and online reputation management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in manufacturing/construction sector, but not mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media ads.
- Strong creative and content writing skills.
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software (preferred).
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and improve campaigns.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nhpc Colony, Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
