Summary
We are seeking an experienced, execution-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at ECS to manage our newly acquired e-commerce site, Picaboo.com. This role is ideal for a candidate with 5+ years of recent, hands-on experience managing social media ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, while also creating content and tracking performance in Google Analytics.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be directly responsible for building, launching, and optimizing paid digital campaigns from start to finish — from creative assets to targeting setup to analytics reporting. This position requires someone who thrives on the mechanics of campaign management, not just strategy, and can deliver measurable ROI through consistent execution.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns in Ads Manager.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals.
- Create, test, and refine ad creatives (images, video, copy) for social platforms.
- Build and manage Google Ads campaigns (search, display, remarketing).
- Apply advanced targeting methods, including lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and negative keywords.
- Monitor performance daily; track CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing of creatives, audiences, and placements.
- Maintain and report on conversion tracking via Google Analytics (GA4) and Ads Manager.
- Provide weekly performance updates with actionable insights for scaling.
- Stay current with changes in paid media platforms (iOS privacy updates, GA4 migration, new ad formats).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in: Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing campaign management.
- Proven ability to manage Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads end-to-end.
- Expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and preferably Pinterest.
- Strong content creation skills (design tools like Canva/Adobe, writing ad copy).
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, and ROI reporting.
- Solid understanding of campaign mechanics: audiences, match types, negative keywords, quality score, learning phase.
- Demonstrated track record of improving ROAS, lowering CPA, and scaling campaigns.
- Portfolio of searchable, public impact — campaigns, brands, or case studies that show visible results in consumer e-commerce.
- Ability to multitask across multiple campaigns with strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Professionalism, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce or consumer brands.
- Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, or affiliate channels.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experience in eCommerce, education, or publishing industries.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
