Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize all digital campaigns including SEO, SEM (Google Ads), display advertising, social media (organic & paid), email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights.
  • Manage content strategy and collaborate with content creators to ensure consistency across channels.
  • Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with customer acquisition goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3–5+ years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Active Campaign) will be add on.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics and performance metrics.
  • Creative mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,509.35 - ₹42,000.12 per month
