Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize all digital campaigns including SEO, SEM (Google Ads), display advertising, social media (organic & paid), email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Plan and execute campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Manage content strategy and collaborate with content creators to ensure consistency across channels.
- Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with customer acquisition goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3–5+ years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Active Campaign) will be add on.
- Strong understanding of web analytics and performance metrics.
- Creative mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹9,509.35 - ₹42,000.12 per month
