Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and be proficient in utilizing tools and techniques to enhance our online presence. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase conversions, and improve brand awareness across multiple platforms.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Utilize SEO tools for keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms including blogs, social media, and email campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to foster community engagement.
  • Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop for marketing materials.
  • Oversee Google Ads campaigns, including SEM and Google AdWords, to maximize ROI on advertising spend.
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement in user experience.
  • Implement conversion optimization techniques to enhance landing pages and increase lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize product listings and improve online sales strategies.
  • Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website updates and enhancements as needed.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns through marketing automation tools to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
  • Conduct performance marketing analysis to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Experience
Candidates should possess a solid background in digital marketing with experience in the following areas:

  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress for website management.
  • Strong skills in copywriting for diverse audiences with an emphasis on B2B marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles to create compelling visual content that aligns with brand messaging.
  • Experience in social media management, including content scheduling and community engagement tactics.
