We’re Hiring: Marketing Head – OvenFresh (Dadar)

Location: Dadar, Mumbai
Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience & interview)

OvenFresh is a premium restaurant and bakery brand known for our delicious offerings, quality service, and strong customer loyalty. We are looking for a talented and strategic Marketing Head to drive our brand growth, expand our market reach, and strengthen our presence in the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online ads.
• Collaborate with creative teams for branding, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
• Identify and implement marketing partnerships and collaborations.
• Organize promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of both digital and offline marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a results-oriented approach.
