About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is central to our marketing activities, responsible for managing our website, digital presence, paid campaigns, and creative content. The ideal candidate will have a balance of digital expertise and creative design skills to deliver measurable results through engaging campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads with a strong focus on ROI.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite .
  • Optimize campaigns and strategies based on performance insights.


Website & Content Management

  • Manage and regularly update the company website (CMS: WordPress or similar) with fresh content, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Work with developers on technical improvements and SEO enhancements.
  • Collaborate on content creation including blogs, case studies, and landing page copy .


Creative Design & Multimedia

  • Design or oversee the creation of engaging marketing materials such as social media posts, digital ads, brochures, and presentations .
  • Support in producing videos, animations, and motion graphics to elevate brand presence.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.


Event Marketing (after 6 months)

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Develop pre-event and post-event marketing strategies to maximize visibility and lead generation.


Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing with hands-on exposure to social media, paid ads, content creation, and design.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager .
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred) .
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices .


Design & Creative Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools .
  • Bonus: Exposure to video editing, animations, and motion graphics.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly creative, analytical, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
