About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist & Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building our online presence, managing digital campaigns, and engaging our audience through innovative social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Create, manage, and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Develop engaging content (graphics, reels, posts, blogs) tailored to the target audience.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare monthly reports.
• Work on SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic traffic.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (1–2 years) in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Ads Manager & Content Strategy.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
