Digital Marketing Specialist

We are a growing marketing agency looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with campaigns, analytics, and creative strategy to generate measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets, monitor KPIs, and deliver performance reports.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversion, and ROI.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and sales teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Support email marketing, SEO/SEM, and remarketing strategies when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
• Proven success in running performance campaigns (Meta, Google).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with tracking tools, pixels, and conversion APIs.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and email automation is a plus.
