Digital Marketing Specialist

• Should be an expert in META , Snapchat , Google, TikTok and YouTube ad platforms. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital campaigns, real estate industry and a solid track record of generating impactful results.
• Develop, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across META , Google, Snapchat and TikTok to achieve business objectives.
• Knowledge of Email marketing and Whatsapp Marketing is preferred.
• Utilize analytics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions for campaign improvements.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising within the real estate market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand presence.
• Efficiently manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
• Address account issues on Meta platforms as required, including occasional reactivation of disabled accounts.
• Obtain All pages verification as part of maintaining brand integrity and trust.
