About the Role:

As a Digital Marketer at Employment Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will be responsible for managing multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising to maximize reach and ROI. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts and ensure alignment with business objectives. Your work will directly contribute to expanding the company's digital presence and enhancing its competitive position. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic web development skills.
  • Experience in the employment solutions or human resources industry.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights using advanced analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product development, and design to create cohesive marketing materials and messaging.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing tactics.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence by creating engaging content and interacting with the audience to build brand loyalty.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company website to enhance user experience and search engine rankings.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for senior management.
