The Digital Marketing Intern is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products or services. This role plays a major part in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Manage the company’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for digital channels.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, product, and sales) to create cohesive marketing strategies.
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other ad platforms.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital technologies and trends to enhance campaign performance.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing (typically 2–5 years).
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Experience with SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and major social media platforms.
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
