Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with our business objectives, encompassing social media, paid advertising, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
- Social Media Marketing Expertise:
- Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
- Create compelling and relevant content calendars, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Manage social media communities, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Meta Ads Management:
- Plan, create, and manage effective paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram Ads).
- Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics and interests.
- Develop compelling ad creatives and ad copy that drive conversions.
- Implement and manage bidding strategies and budgets to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other departments to ensure alignment and integrated marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) to monitor performance, identify trends, and generate reports.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Staying Updated: Continuously learn and stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize returns.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience ([Number] years) in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
- Demonstrable experience in managing and growing social media presence for brands.
- Significant hands-on experience in planning, launching, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads campaigns.
