Digital Marketing Manager — AW Broadband (Amarillo, TX)Are you a digital-first marketer who can plan, create, and execute campaigns end-to-end? AW Broadband is looking for a practical, creative, and metrics-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and subscriber growth initiatives. You’ll be the go-to person for paid ads, email marketing, social media, creative assets, copy, and campaign measurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly digital marketing plans aligned to business goals (subscriber acquisition, retention, upsell).
  • Manage paid acquisition channels: Google Ads (search/display), Meta Ads (FB/IG), YouTube, programmatic where applicable. Implement tracking, conversion tags, UTM strategies.
  • Build, send, and optimize email campaigns and automations (welcome series, win-back, billing reminders). Segment lists and A/B test subject lines and creative.
  • Produce on-brand creative: ad graphics, social posts, banners, landing pages, and short promo videos (or work with contractor editors).
  • Write crisp, conversion-focused copy for ads, emails, landing pages, SMS, and web. Ensure legal/compliance copy (disclosures) is included.
  • Maintain the content calendar and manage social scheduling. Grow organic reach with local/community content.
  • Monitor campaign performance and produce weekly/monthly reports (CPL, CAC, LTV, conversion rates), and recommend optimizations.
  • Work with ops/tech to ensure seamless lead routing, landing page tracking, and subscriber onboarding.
  • Manage marketing budget, vendors, and freelance creatives when needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably for a consumer/local services brand or ISP.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads; able to build campaigns, analyze results, and optimize.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, etc.).
  • Basic graphic design skills — able to produce marketing assets in Canva, Figma or Photoshop. Video editing basics a plus.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills; comfortable with short (ad) and long (email/landing page) formats.
  • Familiar with web analytics (Google Analytics, GA4), tracking pixels, and UTM best practices.
  • Comfortable with a small-team environment: resourceful, prioritizes, and executes quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and operations teams.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

  • Experience with SMS marketing and telecom/ISP industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM/marketing integrations (Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Basic SEO knowledge and content strategy experience.
  • Local market knowledge in Texas Panhandle or rural broadband marketing.
