Performance Marketing Manager (Fintech/BFSI)Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end performance campaigns on Google & Meta Ads.
  • Build and optimize acquisition funnels for borrowers, SMEs, CAs, and builders.
  • Track and improve CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Set up pixels, APIs, and performance dashboards.
  • Create and test ad creatives, copies, and landing pages as per fintech norms.
  • Ensure compliance with Meta, Google, and RBI advertising policies.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams for seamless execution.
  • Analyze daily results and share weekly ROI reports.
  • Conduct A/B tests to identify best-performing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in Google & Meta Ads, with 2+ years in fintech/BFSI.
  • Proven success in lead generation within regulated industries.
  • Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Tag Manager, Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of financial ad compliance and verification.
  • Excellent analytical and campaign optimization skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with loan platforms, NBFCs, or digital lending.
  • Multi-language campaign exposure (English + regional).
  • Understanding of SEO and organic growth.
  • Strong creative and compliance-oriented approach.
