Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

Excel India Tech is looking for a dynamic and smart Digital Marketing Executive with strong communication skills and a friendly personality. The role focuses on connecting with clients through WhatsApp, calls, and online platforms, managing leads, and supporting marketing activities to promote our LED display solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication:
• Handle incoming WhatsApp and website inquiries professionally.
• Communicate product details, quotations, and follow-ups with potential customers.
• Build strong rapport with clients through polite and persuasive communication.
• Digital Marketing:
• Assist in executing WhatsApp marketing campaigns and bulk messaging.
• Maintain and update client databases and broadcast lists.
• Support in creating engaging content for WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Lead Management:
• Track inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups until closure.
• Coordinate with the sales team to pass qualified leads.
• Maintain a daily report of messages, calls, and conversions.
• Brand Promotion:
• Share promotional videos, images, and offers with clients regularly.
• Represent Excel India Tech positively in all online interactions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, inside sales, or client coordination.
• Excellent communication (English & regional language).
• Good personality with a confident and pleasant voice.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Canva, Google Sheets, and social media tools.
• Knowledge of LED display or electronics industry is an added advantage.
