About the Role:

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in SEO, social media management, and paid ads.
If you love building brands online, optimizing campaigns, analyzing numbers, and driving growth — this role is made for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Create data-driven strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, performance, and ROI regularly.

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for better visibility and ranking.
  • Coordinate with content writers and developers to implement SEO recommendations.
  • Track and report performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow client social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Plan monthly content calendars, captions, and creative strategies with the design team.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to audience interactions, and analyze post performance.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, trending audio, and algorithm updates.

Performance Marketing & Reporting

  • Set up conversion tracking, remarketing, and custom audience campaigns.
  • Analyze metrics and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Suggest new growth strategies to improve client ROI and engagement.

Client Coordination

  • Understand client goals, create marketing roadmaps, and manage timelines.
  • Present reports and performance updates to clients regularly.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
  • Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Knowledge of content marketing, keyword optimization, and social media strategy.
  • Creative, analytical, and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or SEO.
  • Experience working in healthcare, real estate, or e-commerce domains.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
