Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in advancing NCH’s digital presence and driving brand growth across all online platforms. The role is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns that strengthen NCH’s visibility, engagement, and conversion performance across B2C and selective B2B channels.
Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and E-commerce teams, the Specialist transforms brand strategies into effective digital activations—covering paid media, social media, SEO, SEM, CRM, influencer marketing, and content. The role involves hands-on campaign management, data analysis, and creative collaboration to ensure consistent, compliant, and impactful communication that reflects NCH’s values of trust, partnership, and customer centricity.
Success in this position requires a blend of analytical skill, creativity, and agility, with a proactive mindset to adopt emerging trends, AI tools, and automation that improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Planning

Contribute to the design and execution of NCH’s digital marketing roadmap, ensuring full alignment with brand, commercial, and category objectives.

Translate brand briefs into clear digital strategies and activation plans across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Conduct market and audience analysis to identify consumer insights, emerging trends, and innovation opportunities.

Support the development of annual media and digital budgets, monitoring spend efficiency and performance return.

Collaborate with brand and e-commerce teams to align plans with product launches, GTM timelines, and trade marketing priorities.
Campaign Execution & Optimisation

Plan, implement, and optimise integrated campaigns across social media, search, display, email, and programmatic platforms to drive traffic and conversion.

Manage paid campaigns through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other networks, ensuring best-in-class targeting, bidding, and creative optimisation.

Coordinate asset production, approvals, and timelines with agencies, content creators, and internal stakeholders.

Apply SEO and SEM strategies to improve ranking, visibility, and engagement across NCH brands and platforms.

Evaluate campaign performance in real time and adjust tactics to maximise ROI and reduce cost per acquisition.
CRM, Email & Lifecycle Marketing

Support CRM initiatives, ensuring data integrity, audience segmentation, and campaign automation across platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.

Develop and optimise email marketing journeys, loyalty programmes, and retargeting campaigns to increase customer retention and engagement.

Analyse customer behaviour and lifecycle metrics to identify opportunities for personalisation and value creation.
Analytics, Performance & Reporting

Monitor and analyse campaign metrics including impressions, engagement, conversion, CAC, and ROI using GA4, Meta Insights, and BI dashboards.

Build regular reports and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Evaluate media and platform performance against benchmarks, identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Partner with commercial teams to measure the digital impact on sales performance and brand health.
Content, Influencer & Community Management

Develop social media content calendars and campaigns that strengthen NCH’s brand voice and community engagement.

Coordinate influencer collaborations and digital partnerships, from briefing and content approval to post-campaign analysis.

Monitor online conversations and ensure timely, professional engagement with customers and audiences.

Track competitor activities and global best practices to inspire innovation and differentiation in content creation.
AI Tools, Automation & Innovation

Explore, pilot, and recommend AI-based tools for content creation, analytics, audience targeting, and workflow automation.

Implement automated processes for CRM, social scheduling, and reporting to improve marketing efficiency.

Share insights on emerging digital technologies and lead internal learning on innovation opportunities.
E-commerce Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with the E-commerce team to align digital campaigns with online sales, ensuring traffic conversion and A+ content optimisation.

Support online merchandising through coordination of banners, brand pages, and digital assets.

Work closely with Sales, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to ensure digital readiness for new product launches and trade activations.

Promote collaboration and agility across teams, reflecting NCH’s values of trust, partnership, and teamwork.
Governance, Compliance & Brand Integrity

Ensure all digital communication complies with healthcare and nutraceutical marketing regulations, privacy standards, and brand policies.

Maintain consistency of messaging, tone, and visuals across all platforms.

Uphold ethical marketing practices and safeguard consumer data.

Conduct periodic reviews and digital audits to ensure adherence to corporate standards and risk mitigation.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.

5 - 7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, nutraceutical, or FMCG sectors.

Proven success in planning and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, SEO, or HubSpot is highly desirable.
Technical & Functional Skills

Strong proficiency in digital analytics tools including GA4, Meta Insights, and other performance dashboards.

Practical experience with SEO and SEM tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.

Skilled in content planning, performance tracking, A/B testing, and optimisation for conversion and engagement.

Familiarity with design and creative tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite for campaign asset management.

Strong understanding of digital KPIs, customer journeys, and data-driven marketing approaches.
