Job Overview:

Are you a creative digital marketing leader who thrives on performance, innovation, and results?
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Must have REal ESTATE EXPERIENCE) who’s more than just a marketer someone who brings big ideas, knows how to attract customers at scale, and can lead data-driven growth for our company, AZ Capital Real Estate LLC.

This is a hands-on and strategic role for someone who understands the automotive and tech landscape, especially within Dubai and the broader UAE market, and is ready to disrupt the traditional recovery and transport industry with bold, out-of-the-box digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads & Paid Media Campaigns

  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Continuously optimize based on CPA, ROAS, and conversion KPIs.
  • Provide regular insights and performance dashboards.

Social Media Marketing & Trends

  • Create and lead organic and paid strategies on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Craft trend-driven, highly engaging short-form content (reels, stories, carousels).
  • Analyze competitor activity and stay ahead of social media trends in the region.
  • Grow and nurture an engaged audience that turns into loyal users.

Customer Engagement & Reputation Management

  • Respond to customer queries and reviews across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with customer service for seamless online experience.
  • Maintain strong brand sentiment and consistency.

Content Planning & Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content writers to develop highly engaging content.
  • Propose and execute monthly campaign calendars (launches, discounts, events).
  • Suggest blog topics, banners, video scripts, and influencer ideas.
  • Track post-campaign results and iterate.

  • You know how to attract customers through smart, creative digital strategies — not just boost posts.
  • You bring fresh, unconventional ideas that go beyond generic campaigns — you think like a creator and a strategist.
  • You are deeply familiar with app user behaviour in the Middle East, especially the UAE and Dubai market.
  • You know what makes Gen Z click, and what drives UAE locals to take action.
  • You’re not afraid to take initiative and own the full marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably for a tech/app or automotive brand.
  • Proven record of leading successful paid and organic campaigns (submit real campaign examples).
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, ASO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Search Console, SEMrush, CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, CPI, CAC, ROAS, engagement metrics, and growth KPIs.
  • Strong Arabic/English communication preferred (Arabic a major plus).

Leadership Requirements

  • Must have led or co-led at least 3–5 digital marketing campaigns.
  • Able to document results achieved (customer numbers, installs, conversions, engagement growth).
  • Ready to grow into a Head of Marketing role as we scale.
  • Passionate about building a brand that leads the UAE vehicle recovery industry.
