Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
1. Design and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and real estate portals (e.g., 99acres, MagicBricks).
2. Manage and optimize paid media campaigns for lead generation, site visits, and bookings.
3. Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, and optimize funnel performance across all channels.
4. Implement A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
5. Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking to ensure campaign accountability and ROI measurement.
Web Development & Site Optimization
1. Oversee and coordinate the development and optimization of the company website and project-specific landing pages.
2. Work with in-house or external web developers to ensure pages are mobile-optimized, SEO-friendly, and have fast loading speeds.
3. Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices, including heatmaps, user journey mapping, and form testing.
4. Use CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) to manage content updates and minor design changes.
5. Ensure website tracking (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, CRM integrations) is implemented and tested correctly.
6. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot bugs, improve site structure, and integrate third-party tools (e.g., chatbots, lead forms, virtual tours).
Digital Campaign Management
1. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and SMS.
2. Manage retargeting campaigns to nurture leads and drive re-engagement.
3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data; create weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
4. Collaborate with project sales teams to align digital leads with inventory and real-time availability.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate (but not mandatory) or a similar high-ticket industry.
3. Proven expertise in running lead-generation campaigns with a strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
4. Experience in collaborating with web developers and an understanding of UX/UI best practices.
5. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, LeadSquared) and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Data Studio).
6. Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and CRM integrations.
7. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Nice-to-Haves
1. Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications.
2. Familiarity with real estate CRM platforms (e.g., LeadSquared, Salesforce, NoBrokerHood).
