1. Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across all platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and track platform performance.

2. Content Development

  • Prepare creative content for digital campaigns, blogs, emailers, and posts.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and videographers to produce high-quality digital materials.

3. SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
  • Update website content, landing pages, and banners in coordination with the web team.
  • Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements based on performance data.

4. Digital Advertising & Campaigns

  • Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
  • Track campaign performance, conversions, and ROI.
  • Adjust strategies to improve reach and effectiveness.

5. Email & SMS Marketing

  • Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Manage subscriber lists and maintain accurate database segmentation.
  • Track campaign metrics and prepare performance reports.

6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct regular research on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support strategy development.

7. Lead Generation & Coordination

  • Implement strategies to generate quality leads through digital channels.
  • Work closely with the sales team to monitor lead flow and follow-up progress.

8. Branding & Online Reputation Management

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Monitor online reviews, mentions, and oversee reputation management efforts.

9. Event Promotion & Support

  • Develop and execute digital promotions for company events, launches, and activities.
  • Provide digital coverage and post-event communication as required.

10. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using digital analytics tools.
  • Provide insights to support management decisions and strategy adjustments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, content writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
