Position: Digital Marketing Executive Experience: 2–3 years Industry: Real Estate (preferred) Location: BKC, Mumbai

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Executive skilled in SEO, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and CRM operations. The candidate will manage online visibility, oversee performance campaigns, handle social media platforms, and ensure smooth lead flow from digital channels into the CRM. Prior experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page strategies
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs
• Track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush
• Increase organic traffic and keyword rankings

2. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Advertising)

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns for lead generation
• Track KPIs, manage budgets, and optimize targeting
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives and audiences
• Prepare performance reports

3. Social Media Management

• Handle day-to-day management of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate creatives with the design team
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and grow community presence
• Track social media analytics and suggest improvements

4. CRM & Lead Management

• Capture and manage leads received from social media & digital campaigns
• Ensure timely categorization, follow-up routing, and data accuracy in CRM
• Coordinate with sales teams for lead nurturing & conversion
• Maintain updated reports and dashboards

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in SEO, Meta Ads, Social Media Management & CRM operations
• Experience in real estate industry preferred
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Familiarity with tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM platforms
• Good communication and multitasking abilities
