Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should be skilled in performance marketing, content strategy, analytics, and brand growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Develop and implement SEO & SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings
• Manage social media marketing, including content planning, posting, engagement, and paid campaigns
• Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns to improve ROI and reduce CAC
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, blogs, emailers, and landing pages
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Manage email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
• Track competitors and market trends to improve digital strategies
• Maintain and update internal digital marketing databases and performance trackers

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, and content marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager
• Basic understanding of HTML, WordPress, or CMS platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
