Job Summary

A Digital Marketing Specialist plans, executes, and manages online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads. The role focuses on leveraging digital channels to achieve business and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Manage and optimize social media marketing, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Plan and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve search rankings
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Generate reports and analyze ROI of digital marketing activities
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, and sales teams
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, and PPC
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and planning abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
