Job Description

Marconix Sales Solutions is hiring an experienced Digital & Social Media Marketing Specialist to support our growing B2B sales, GTM, and demand generation business.

This is an Independent Contributor role, ideal for candidates who can own content strategy, SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation end-to-end in a sales-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content-led digital marketing strategy for B2B audiences
• Manage LinkedIn marketing, social media campaigns, and brand presence
• Drive SEO (on-page, off-page, blogs, keywords, landing pages)
• Plan and execute lead generation and ABM campaigns
• Support PR activities, brand mentions, and digital visibility
• Work on LLM/AI content updates and brand discoverability
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for lead quality

Required Skills

• 2–4 years experience in Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing
• Strong content strategy and B2B storytelling skills
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SMM, LinkedIn Ads, lead generation
• Understanding of sales funnels and B2B buyer journeys
• Ability to work independently with high ownership
• Experience with B2B, SaaS, services, or consulting companies preferred
