Job Title: Performance Marketer & SEO Expert (In-House)

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer & SEO Expert to join our in-house team. This role owns paid acquisition and organic growth across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO, with a strong focus on scaling performance and increasing organic reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads
• Manage full-funnel campaigns (awareness → conversion → retargeting)
• Track ROAS, CAC, CPA, and continuously improve performance
• A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Manage budgets and scale winning campaigns

SEO & Organic Growth

• Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
• Keyword research and content optimization
• Improve website rankings, traffic, and conversions
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like GSC, GA, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Drive long-term organic reach and brand visibility

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Strong hands-on SEO expertise
• Experience growing organic traffic and paid performance together
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Comfortable working in-house and collaborating with content/design teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRM OR ERP
• CRO and landing page optimization experience
• Content strategy understanding
• Know automation tools like zapier,make,n8n

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
