Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. You will play a key role in growing brand awareness, generating leads, and improving digital engagement across platforms including social media, search engines, email, and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.
  • Manage and grow social media presence through content, community engagement, and analytics.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and conversion (CRO).
  • Monitor performance and prepare campaign performance reports using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Conduct competitor and audience research to identify opportunities.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns via tools like Mailchimp, Brevo, or Sendinblue.
  • Collaborate with designers, content writers, and developers to create cohesive campaigns.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and display advertising.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and automation.
  • Excellent understanding of keyword research and A/B testing.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to use Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools for simple visual content.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with B2B marketing or SaaS products.
  • Working knowledge of marketing CRMs like HubSpot or Zoho.
  • Understanding of remarketing, pixel tracking, and GA4 event tagging.
  • Video editing basics for reels or shorts (optional but a plus).
