Digital Marketing Specialist

A Digital Marketing specialist for a shop drives online sales and foot traffic by managing social media, running ad campaigns (SEO/SEM), and optimizing the website. Responsibilities include creating promotional content, engaging audiences on platforms like Instagram/Facebook, managing Google Business Profiles, tracking campaign performance (ROI), and analyzing customer trends to increase visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule daily posts, stories, and reels for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to boost engagement and brand awareness.
  • Online Advertising (SEM/PPC): Launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), to drive targeted traffic to the shop or website.
  • Local SEO & Website Maintenance: Maintain and update Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) to improve local search rankings. Update shop website inventory, landing pages, and content via CMS.
  • Content Creation: Produce creative, high-quality photos, videos, and copywriting for digital advertisements and promotions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate) using tools like Google Analytics to report on ROI and optimize marketing spend.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews across social media platforms promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
