Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own digital advertising, analytics, marketing automation, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate is experienced in B2B marketing, preferably in healthcare or higher education, and is confident and comfortable using AI to automate and optimize workflows and asset creation.

This role builds and manages the growth infrastructure that drives lead generation, conversion efficiency, and scalable performance, working cross-functionally to ensure marketing is measurable, optimized, and revenue-driven.

Key Responsibilities

Advertising

  • Manage paid advertising across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, retargeting platforms and traditional media outlets
  • Optimize campaigns for CPL, ROAS, and conversion efficiency
  • Implement testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and funnels

Growth Systems & Automation

  • Build and manage marketing automation flows (email, nurturing, lifecycle campaigns)
  • Optimize lead capture systems, forms, and funnels to support scalable growth infrastructure
  • Manage CRM integrations and lead routing workflows

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting systems
  • Track performance across channels, funnels, and campaigns
  • Develop attribution models and conversion tracking
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership and team members

Conversion Optimization

  • Optimize landing pages, funnels, and user journeys
  • Run A/B tests across ads, pages, and flows
  • Improve lead quality and conversion rates

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Manage technical SEO and site performance
  • Collaborate with content team on SEO strategy implementation

Experience & Requirements

  • 3+ years in digital, growth, or performance marketing
  • Experience managing paid media budgets and campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and marketing automation
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth
  • B2B experience required
  • Healthcare or Higher Ed B2B experience preferred
