Company: Coastal Debt Resolve

Location: In-Office – 6700 North Andrews Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309

Salary: $60,000 per year

Experience Level: Entry-Level (High Aptitude Required)

About the Role

Coastal Debt Resolve is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and driven Junior Marketing Specialist to support the operational execution of our marketing department. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for a digital specialist who is passionate about the mechanics behind online marketing and thrives in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

This role is not administrative in nature — it is operational. You will be responsible for ensuring marketing systems, content deployment, contractor coordination, and digital asset management run with precision and efficiency. High standards for speed, organization, and execution are essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Deployment & Backend Management

  • Execute technical uploads of blog articles, landing pages, and website content through our CMS.
  • Apply on-page SEO best practices including:
  • Proper use of H1–H3 tags
  • Meta description optimization
  • Image compression and SEO-friendly file naming
  • Internal linking accuracy and integrity
  • Conduct regular website audits to ensure formatting consistency, functional links, and optimal user experience.
  • Maintain backend organization and publishing schedules with precision.

2. Contractor Coordination & Project Brief Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for freelance contractors (designers, editors, technical support).
  • Source and manage specialized talent through platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Develop clear, detailed project briefs that minimize revisions and ensure first-pass accuracy.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of contractor deliverables before final approval.

3. Production Logistics & Digital Asset Management

  • Support video recording sessions by coordinating scheduling, scripts, talent readiness, and file capture.
  • Maintain structured digital asset management (DAM) systems with strict folder hierarchies and naming conventions.
  • Ensure all marketing files are properly archived, searchable, and accessible at any time.

4. Operational Excellence

  • Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to process improvements.
  • Quickly learn and master internal marketing tools, CMS platforms, and project management systems.
  • Execute tasks with precision, speed, and minimal oversight.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort navigating software platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining initiative.
  • Clear and professional written communication skills.
  • High energy and ability to thrive in a fully in-office, collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred — however, demonstrated technical proficiency and problem-solving ability are highly valued.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Naturally organized and systems-oriented.
  • Takes ownership of processes and anticipates next steps.
  • Values precision and consistency.
  • Comfortable working behind the scenes to ensure operational excellence.
  • Motivated to grow within a structured marketing career path.
