Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can consistently generate high-quality, targeted leads for our business. The ideal candidate understands where to find the right audience, how to reach them, and how to convert interest into qualified leads.

This role is results-driven and best suited for someone with hands-on experience in performance marketing and lead funnels—not just theory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation
• Identify the best platforms and channels to generate quality leads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, email marketing, etc.)
• Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns for maximum ROI
• Build and improve lead funnels, landing pages, and conversion paths
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (CPL, CTR, conversions, ROI)
• Optimize campaigns based on data and testing
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and relevance
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform changes

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation
• Strong understanding of target audience research and lead qualification
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization is a plus
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience generating leads.
• Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation
• Ability to demonstrate past lead generation results or case studies
