Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at SP Hospitality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase conversions across multiple online channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage a broad skill set in SEO, content creation, social media management, and performance marketing to support our company's growth objectives.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies utilizing SEO tools, keyword research, and content optimization to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Geofencing, Facebook Advertising, and SEM channels to maximize ROI.
  • Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email marketing campaigns, and social media platforms aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Maintain and update websites using WordPress or other similar systems; implement HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as needed for customization.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; generate reports to inform ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Implement marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and improve customer journey experiences.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on B2C marketing initiatives and e-commerce projects to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, conversion optimization, and performance marketing to recommend innovative tactics.


Requirements


  • Proven experience with SEO tools, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, SEM strategies, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website optimization and data analysis purposes.
  • Proficiency in WordPress.
  • Familiarity with conversion optimization techniques to improve landing page performance and lead generation efforts.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts such as performance marketing, e-commerce integration, and B2C marketing approaches.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time


Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
