Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, implement, and manage our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement across digital platforms through innovative marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, email, and website platforms
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and create engaging content
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Optimize website content and improve SEO rankings
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports using tools like Google Analytics
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and sales teams
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar
• Strong content writing and communication skills
• Basic understanding of graphic design and video content is an advantage
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare / service / corporate marketing (if applicable)
• Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms
• Video editing or content creation experience
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools
