Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who is an expert in Facebook (Meta) Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to generate leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram (Meta Ads) and Google Ads
• Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research
• Set up conversion tracking (Meta Pixel & Google Tag Manager)
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lower CPC/CPA
• Manage Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns
• A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of proven experience in Facebook & Google Ads
• Strong understanding of campaign structure and funnel strategy
• Experience with Google Analytics & conversion tracking
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and budgets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Portfolio or case studies required
