Part-Time or Full-Time | Up to 40 Hours per Week
Salary: $30,000 – $60,000 per year

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience managing business social media accounts to support our digital marketing efforts across webinars, email campaigns, advertising, social media, and website updates. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, organized, and compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and monitor live and recorded webinars
• Manage webinar registrations, reminder emails, and post-event communications
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns using iContact
• Create and manage digital advertising campaigns, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads
• Manage advertising budgets and track performance
• Manage business social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and posting across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube
• Design compliant social media content using Canva templates
• Manage podcast and video uploads across multiple distribution platforms
• Manually manage and confirm Calendly appointments
• Track marketing metrics and generate reports
• Update and maintain website content
• Coordinate compliance approval for all marketing materials

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing or a related field
• Proven experience managing social media for a business or organization
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience with email marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong written communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience managing social media accounts in a professional or corporate setting
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven industries
• Familiarity with iContact, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, webinar platforms, and Calendly

Pay: $40,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
