About the role

Face Forward Aesthetics is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead day-to-day digital execution across our multi-unit aesthetic clinics. This role is responsible for managing CRM performance, website updates, and paid advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in the aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or elective medical industry and understands how to drive bookings, leads, and revenue through digital channels. This position works closely with the external agency partners to ensure digital efforts align with promotional campaigns and overall business goals.

What you'll do

CRM Management

• Manage and optimize CRM platform (Hubspot) to drive lead nurturing, retention, and reactivation campaigns
• Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns aligned with monthly promotions and clinic initiatives
• Segment audiences to improve personalization and conversion rates
• Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, bookings, and revenue attribution
Maintain database hygiene and ensure proper lead flow from all digital channels

Website Management

• Manage and update the company website
• Ensure promotional updates, landing pages, and service pages are current and optimized
• Partner with leadership to improve user experience and booking flow
• Monitor website analytics including traffic, conversion rates, and lead generation performance
Collaborate with SEO and development partners as needed

Paid Advertising and Agency Management

• Support strategy and execution of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
• Collaborate with external agencies to manage budgets, creative assets, targeting, and performance
• Monitor ad performance including cost per lead, return on ad spend, and booking conversion rates
• Provide reporting and insights to leadership with recommendations for optimization
• Ensure paid media aligns with brand messaging and promotional calendar

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience in aesthetics, medical spa, beauty, wellness, or elective medical services preferred
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, email marketing, and SMS marketing
• Experience managing website platforms and coordinating with developers
• Strong understanding of social media scheduling tools and analytics
• Experience working with paid media campaigns and external agencies
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Pay Range $65,000 to $72,000 with bonus potential

Compensation Transparency
Face Forward Aesthetics provides a compensation range for each posted position in compliance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation within the stated range will depend on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for bonuses, incentives, or additional benefits as part of the total rewards package.
