Job Overview

KS HRBC (SMC) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our online presence, generate quality leads, and strengthen our brand visibility in the HR, recruitment, and professional training sector.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in social media marketing, paid campaigns, SEO, and lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Run and optimize paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Generate leads for HR services, recruitment, and professional courses
• Manage website updates and SEO optimization
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, ads copy)
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports
• Improve brand awareness and online engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Knowledge of SEO & keyword research
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe preferred)
• Strong content writing skills
• Analytical mindset with performance tracking ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
