Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, video editing, social media management, paid advertising, podcast production, and brand development strategies.
This role requires hands-on expertise in digital content production, audience engagement, and analytics-driven marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Schedule and publish daily posts
- Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages
- Monitor trends and implement viral content strategies
Instagram Reels & Short-Form Video Creation
- Develop creative concepts for reels and short videos
- Shoot and edit engaging Instagram Reels
- Add subtitles, transitions, effects, and background music
- Optimize reels for reach and engagement
Video Production & Editing
- Record promotional and educational videos
- Edit long-form and short-form videos professionally
- Create YouTube content and thumbnails
- Add motion graphics, captions, branding elements
Graphic Designing
- Design social media posts, banners, ads, and creatives
- Create marketing brochures and promotional materials
- Develop branding visuals aligned with company identity
Podcast Production
- Plan podcast topics and scripts
- Record, edit, and enhance audio quality
- Upload podcasts to platforms (Spotify, YouTube, etc.)
- Create promotional snippets from podcast content
SEO & Website Management
- Perform keyword research and basic on-page SEO
- Optimize website content for search engines
- Update blogs, landing pages, and service pages
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
- Plan and run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Run Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor ROI and optimize ad performance
- Generate and track leads through campaigns
Content & Brand Strategy
- Develop content marketing strategies
- Write scripts for reels, ads, and promotional videos
- Conduct competitor analysis
- Coordinate influencer collaborations
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions)
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Use insights to improve campaign strategies

Educational Qualification
