DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly knowledgeable Digital Marketing Specialist who is currently living in Bahrain and ready to join immediately. In this role, you will drive and execute strategic digital marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support our business growth across multiple online channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals including SEO, SEM, PPC, email, display, and content marketing.
• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Monitor SEO performance and execute on‑page and off‑page improvements.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging digital content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media channels that drive traffic and engagement.
• Measure and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
• Manage email marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and lead‑nurturing workflows.
• Generate regular performance reports with data‑driven insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Proven hands‑on experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize paid advertising (Google/Meta/LinkedIn/TikTok).
• Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign performance tools.
• Experience with email marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and results‑oriented approach.
• Must be currently residing in Bahrain and available to start immediately.
