Business Growth Officer (Bede)

The Business & Growth Officer will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and product adoption across all company offerings. The role focuses on planning and executing multi-channel growth strategies including digital marketing, partnerships, merchant onboarding, and financing product promotion to achieve set targets for new customers, transactions, and financed volumes. The role also manages campaigns across SMS, WhatsApp, app notifications, email marketing, social media advertising, offline campaigns, and employer partnerships while expanding the company's presence through merchant and service provider onboarding.

What We Need From You


1. Growth Strategy & Revenue Targets

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets for:

    • New customer acquisition

    • New financed customers

    • Financing volumes across all products

    • Revenue and usage growth

  • Identify new channels and partnerships to drive customer and transaction growth.

  • Monitor performance against budgets and KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.


2. Multi-Channel Marketing & Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across:

Digital Channels

  • SMS marketing campaigns

  • WhatsApp campaigns and automation

  • Email marketing campaigns

  • App push notifications

  • Paid advertising on all social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)

  • Performance marketing and retargeting campaigns

Offline & Field Campaigns

  • Out-of-home (OOH) campaigns

  • Roadshows and employer activations

  • On-ground promotional campaigns

  • Branch/merchant activation campaigns

  • Ensure all campaigns are data-driven and optimized for conversion and ROI.

  • Manage campaign calendars and budgets.


3. Merchant & Partner Acquisition

  • Onboard merchants and service providers to offer the company's financing/installment (BNPL) services as a payment option.

  • Develop partnerships with retailers, clinics, service providers, and e-commerce merchants.

  • Coordinate with sales and partnership teams to expand acceptance network.

  • Design joint campaigns with merchants to drive financing usage.


4. Employer Partnerships & Roadshows

  • Develop partnerships with employers to promote financing solutions to employees.

  • Organize employer roadshows and on-site activations.

  • Drive employee onboarding and financing adoption through corporate channels.


5. Product Growth & Adoption

  • Promote all financing and payment products across channels.

  • Create bundled offers and campaigns to increase product usage.

  • Work closely with product and credit teams to align growth initiatives.


6. Budget & Performance Management

  • Manage marketing and campaign budgets efficiently.

  • Track CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and campaign performance.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

  • Use data analytics to optimize acquisition and retention strategies.


  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in growth, digital marketing, business development, or fintech.

  • Experience in BNPL, fintech, banking, telecom, or digital services preferred.

  • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns (SMS, WhatsApp, paid ads, email, etc.).

  • Experience in merchant acquisition or partnership development is a strong advantage.
