Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in paid advertising, email marketing, and SEO, with a strong understanding of performance metrics and conversion optimization. This role requires someone who can drive engagement, increase sales, and enhance overall digital presence through strategic campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns to drive engagement and revenue.
• Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns for various marketing objectives.
• Develop and implement effective Email Marketing strategies to nurture leads and increase conversions.
• Optimize website SEO to improve organic traffic, rankings, and visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement improvements for better ROI.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to enhance overall digital presence and user experience.
• Support e-commerce growth initiatives (experience with Shopify is a plus).

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Email Marketing and automation tools.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and optimization strategies.
• Experience with Shopify (preferred).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.

Office Hours: 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
