We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales for our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Paid Advertising

• Plan and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
• Optimize ads for reservations, walk-ins, and online orders
• Track ROI and cost per acquisition
• Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting

Website & Conversion

• Manage website content updates
• Optimize landing pages for campaigns and events
• Track website performance (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel)
• Improve booking conversion rates

Social Media Strategy

• Develop monthly content calendar
• Plan engaging reels and campaign-based content
• Monitor engagement and community management
• Coordinate with designers and photographers

Online Reputation & CRM

• Manage Google Business profile
• Monitor and respond to reviews
• Build and manage customer database (email/SMS)
• Create automated marketing campaigns

Reporting & Analytics

• Provide monthly performance reports
• Present insights and growth recommendations
• Align marketing efforts with revenue targets
