We are seeking a results-driven
Digital Marketing Specialist
to develop and manage comprehensive digital strategies for a real estate business and online platform across the GCC markets. This role focuses on generating qualified leads, increasing platform traffic, and supporting both B2B and B2C marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and manage performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant digital channels.

Lead Generation:
Focus on generating high-quality leads specifically for real estate sales, rentals, and property listings.

Optimization & Analytics:
Monitor KPIs including Cost per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rate, Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to optimize performance.

SEO & Visibility:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings for the real estate platform.

Content Coordination:
Manage the creation of digital content, including property listings, blog posts, and social media updates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales teams to align campaigns with property promotions and coordinate with designers/developers to optimize landing pages.

Market Intelligence:
Conduct research on GCC real estate trends and competitor digital strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Reporting:
Prepare regular performance reports for management featuring actionable insights and recommendations.
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate or GCC markets.

Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Performance Marketing.

Proficiency in SEO and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Experience with CRM systems for lead nurturing and email marketing.

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management abilities.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
