Marketing Manager

1) Branding and Visual Identity

· The Head of Marketing is tasked with maintaining and elevating the corporate visual identity across all showrooms, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand's sophisticated image.

· Maintain and Elevate Corporate Visual Identity: Ensure all branding efforts reflect the positioning of each showroom while maintaining a cohesive, professional image that resonates with diverse customer bases.

· Execute and Enhance Branding Strategy: Develop and implement branding strategies to reinforce the company’s identity as a leader in the market, tailored to both premium and standard showrooms.

· Branding and Marketing Mix Effectiveness: Continuously refine the branding approach and marketing mix to ensure alignment with the unique positioning of each showroom, from premium to more accessible locations.

2) Content and Storytelling

· Develop and manage compelling marketing content and narratives for all showrooms, reflecting their unique offerings while maintaining the brand’s overarching identity.

· Generate Home & Garden Marketing Story: Craft engaging narratives that showcase the company’s offerings, appealing to both premium and broader audiences.

· Localized and High-Quality Content Management: Adapt global marketing content to meet local standards while developing bespoke materials, such as brochures, advertisements, press releases, and white papers, tailored to each showroom’s image and customer profile.

3) Strategic Marketing

· Create and implement marketing strategies that cater to the distinct goals of all showrooms while maintaining overall brand coherence.

· Crafting a Strategic Marketing Plan: Develop comprehensive strategies tailored to the diverse customer bases of all showrooms, ensuring alignment with both luxury and general market goals.

· Retail Partnerships and Launch Execution: Collaborate with retailers across all showroom categories to establish partnerships and execute successful product launches.

· Marketing Channel Optimization: Identify, build, and manage marketing channels that effectively engage the target audiences of each showroom, strengthening overall market presence.

· Marketing Events: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing events to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

4) Digital Marketing and Social Media

· Leverage digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement across all showrooms.

· Digital Marketing Oversight: Work with digital marketing agencies to execute advanced digital advertising strategies, including SEO, that reflect the brand’s unique identity and adapt to each showroom’s positioning.

· Social Media Strategy Development: Create and enforce a versatile social media strategy and action plan to engage diverse audiences, from affluent customers of premium showrooms to broader customer bases.

5) Public Relations and Customer Engagement

· Promote the brand and enhance customer experiences across all showrooms through effective public relations and innovative engagement strategies.

7) Leadership and Team Management

· Inspire and lead the marketing team to execute strategies effectively across all showrooms while adapting to their distinct needs and characteristics.

· Leadership in Marketing Execution: Guide and motivate the marketing team to achieve strategic objectives while maintaining alignment with the brand’s identity across all showrooms.
